Bad Bunny’s tour finale in Puerto Rico? The Hiram Bithorn Stadium intensifies the rumors

The buzz surrounding a possible Bad Bunny performance on the Island has gained momentum in the last few hours. The mobilization of heavy cargo vehicles from the Hiram Bithorn Stadium this Thursday morning has raised alarms among the artist’s followers, who are speculating about an imminent announcement regarding the conclusion of his world tour, the “Most Wanted Tour”.

Since last week, the iconic sports venue has been the scene of intense assembly work. The structure observed from the outside bears a remarkable resemblance to the configuration used by the “Bad Bunny” in his historic performances at the end of 2021, which has reinforced the theory that the performer of “Tití me preguntó” would conclude his global tour in his homeland.

Details about dates and logistics

Although Bad Bunny’s team has not yet made any event official, everything points to the tour finale taking place on August 21 and 22, with the possibility of a third show on August 23. These dates coincide with the formal reservation made by Rimas Entertainment with the Municipality of San Juan.

Rimas has several artists, but I think it’s that Benito is going to be closing his tour in Puerto Rico, but I haven’t been told that he is coming.

Miguel Romero, Mayor of San Juan

San Juan Mayor, Miguel Romero, confirmed that the record label reserved the space at the stadium for those dates. Although the official remained cautious by not explicitly confirming the artist’s name, he acknowledged that expectations are set on the return of the Puerto Rican idol to local stages.

A renewed stage for a large-scale event

If the show is confirmed, Bad Bunny would mark a milestone by being the first artist to use the Hiram Bithorn Stadium following its ambitious renovation. The sports complex was the subject of an investment of nearly 39.6 million dollars, which included the following improvements:

  • Installation of new seats for greater comfort.
  • Total modernization of the lighting system.
  • Comprehensive remodeling of the dressing rooms.
  • Optimization of the terrain drainage system.
  • Adaptation of accessible restrooms and update of the sound system.

The community remains attentive to any official update confirming the arrival of this event, which promises to be one of the most important cultural and musical milestones of the year in Puerto Rico.
