Two youths arrested for armed robbery in Los Alcarrizos
The National Police reported this Sunday the voluntary surrender of two young men who were actively sought for their alleged participation in the theft of a motorcycle in the municipality of Los Alcarrizos. The event, which caused great concern in the community, occurred on September 17 in the El Chucho sector.

The individuals were identified by the authorities as Junior Manuel Jiménez, known in the criminal underworld as “Motín,” 19 years old, and Ambioriz Yunior Félix, alias “Puñala,” 18 years old. Both presented themselves at the guardhouse of the Sub-directorate of Investigation in Las Caobas, where they were immediately taken into police custody.
The detainees are in the custody of the authorities while investigations continue to clarify the facts and proceed with the relevant legal procedures.

Following their surrender, the youths were placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding legal purposes. The law enforcement institution highlighted that both will be prosecuted in accordance with the law for their alleged involvement in the theft of the motorcycle through the use of force.
The authorities continue to deepen their investigations to determine if those involved are linked to other illicit acts recently recorded in the Los Alcarrizos area, reaffirming their commitment to citizen security and the fight against crime in the country.
