The number of minors who are victims of sexual assaults under investigation in San Sebastián rises to 14
The Ertzaintza has managed to identify 14 minors who were allegedly victims of sexual assault in San Sebastian, Spain. The person responsible for these acts is reportedly a 22-year-old man who operated a candy business in the Amara neighborhood, where the crimes were allegedly committed.

The suspect, who has been in provisional prison since last June 30, was arrested following an initial investigation that began when authorities received reports of abuse that occurred on June 25 and 26 at the now-accused’s establishment. Following this first arrest, the case was taken over by the Central Criminal Investigation Section of the Ertzaintza (SECIC), a unit specialized in sexual offenses.
After an exhaustive analysis of the evidence, testimonies, and additional complaints, investigators confirmed the existence of 14 victims, whose ages ranged from 10 to 18 years old at the time of the events. Authorities point out that the modus operandi showed common patterns in all reported cases.
A history spanning several years
According to the information gathered by Alofoke Deportes, the complaints cover a period of approximately six years, with the first cases dating back to 2020. It is important to note that, among the proceedings, there is a case registered during the period when the person under investigation was a minor, which has been referred to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
The authorities continue to work to clarify all the facts and determine if there are other affected individuals, keeping the case under active investigation.
