This key event for the development of the circuit will take place on November 13 and 14 at the Olympic Hostel facilities, located in Ensanche La Fe, Santo Domingo.

Expansion towards the 2027 season
One of the most relevant points of the event will be the opening for new investors. The league seeks to expand to 10 teams for the 2027 season, receiving formal proposals during the congress under strict quality standards.
To qualify for a new franchise, interested parties must meet rigorous requirements that ensure the sustainability and professionalism of the project, including financial solvency, adequate infrastructure, and solid action plans.
Among the main requirements are having a stadium in optimal conditions, presenting a defined operations and press team, demonstrating corporate backing with no negative history, guaranteeing the broadcasting of the matches, and making an initial deposit of 2 million pesos to formalize the application.
