FDD Security denies participation in the Dominican Republic vs. Haiti match
The company FDD Seguridad has issued an official statement to clarify that it was not involved in the logistics or protection services during the soccer match between the national teams of the Dominican Republic and Haiti. The match, corresponding to Group A of the 2026-27 Concacaf Nations League, took place last Thursday at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium.
The clarification comes after the proliferation of various comments and posts on social media questioning the security standards implemented at the event. Due to the confusion generated by the visual similarity between the uniforms of the staff present at the stadium and the corporate attire of FDD Seguridad, the company found it necessary to disclaim responsibility.
No contractual ties
The security firm was emphatic in pointing out that there is no type of contractual link or operational participation in the aforementioned sporting event. Through a statement, the company detailed its position regarding the speculations:
The company asserts that it had no responsibility, involvement, or contractual link with the match’s security services, reaffirming its commitment to transparency before the public and its commercial partners.
