Investigation underway after lifeless body found on Duarte Highway
Early this Tuesday morning, authorities were alerted to the discovery of a young woman’s lifeless body on the Guaco-La Vega stretch of the Duarte Highway, specifically in the lane connecting Santiago to La Vega. The incident has caused great consternation while security agencies work to clarify the facts.
