The executive director of the 911 National Emergency and Security Attention System, Colonel Randolfo Rijo Gómez, ERD, held a working meeting with the new head of the Emergency Operations Center (COE), Colonel Erdwin Robert Olivares Luciano, with the aim of strengthening institutional ties and optimizing crisis response management in the country.

During the meeting, held at the 911 headquarters, both executives analyzed various topics of common interest and evaluated the current operational guidelines. The main purpose of this approach is to ensure greater efficiency and speed in responding to emergencies and disaster situations that affect the Dominican population.

This alliance seeks to consolidate a comprehensive response model, where the synergy between relief agencies is the key to providing timely and efficient service to every citizen who needs it.
