Tragedy in Puerto Plata: 19-year-old dies by drowning in Altamira river

A day that promised to be one of leisure ended in a regrettable event in the Los Llanos community, located in the municipality of Altamira, Puerto Plata. A 19-year-old young man lost his life after drowning in the waters of the Los Gansos River, leaving a deep void in his loved ones and the entire locality.
