Costello van Steenis defended his PFL middleweight title by knocking out Fabian Edwards in an exciting fight held in Madrid. The event, which marked the debut of a major MMA event in Spain, saw Van Steenis demonstrate his dominance in front of an enthusiastic audience.

In the third round, as Edwards tried to take the champion to the ground, Van Steenis connected a series of devastating elbows that sealed the victory. Edwards, with a record of 16-5, could not counter Van Steenis’ strategy, who improved his record to 18-3.
