Although the UFC has not yet made an official announcement, the event is expected to take place in the South Garden and is planned in anticipation of the 250th anniversary of American Independence. UFC CEO Dana White revealed significant details about the event’s production. The official weigh-ins are expected to take place at the Lincoln Memorial, and just replacing the White House lawn will cost $700,000. White also announced that the fighters will enter the octagon from the Oval Office. The UFC will not begin booking fights for the event until the first quarter of 2026.
