Teoscar Hernández will undergo an MRI after leaving the game
Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Teoscar Hernández will undergo an MRI on his left hamstring on Tuesday after exiting Monday’s game against the Miami Marlins in the fourth inning due to leg tightness.
I was informed that he felt tightness, either in the hamstring or the abductor. He’s a player who doesn’t usually come out of games due to injury. That’s a little concerning, given his personality.

Hernández, who connected a double towing for the Dodgers’ first run in the first inning and a single in the third, was replaced by Chris Taylor in the fourth. According to manager Dave Roberts, Hernández felt the tension after chasing and catching a ball hit by Javier Sanoja in the third inning.
Given the possible inclusion of Hernández on the injured list, Roberts indicated that the team is considering the possibility of calling up a player from the minor leagues.
Tuesday will be revealing.

In his second season with the Dodgers, Hernández began Monday leading the team with nine home runs. Shohei Ohtani tied him by hitting a two-run homer in the fifth inning, giving Los Angeles a 5-0 lead over Miami.
So far this season, Hernández is batting .315 with 34 RBIs, 10 doubles, and an OPS of .933.
