Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Teoscar Hernández has a Grade 1 strained groin, an MRI revealed. The information was confirmed by manager Dave Roberts to reporters this Tuesday.
Obviously, he’ll be out for a while. I don’t really know a timetable.

Roberts added that the recovery time will depend on when Hernández can return to play.
Hernandez was placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday. In response to this situation, the Dodgers recalled outfielder James Outman.
Hernández’s injury occurred during Monday’s game against the Miami Marlins, in which the Dodgers won 7-4, and he had to leave the game in the fourth inning.
So far this season, Hernández leads the Dodgers, who top the National League West, with a batting average of .315, 34 RBIs, and 10 doubles. In addition, he has hit nine home runs, tied with Shohei Ohtani for the team lead.
