The anticipated Skins Game returns to the world of golf after 17 years, bringing with it exciting new developments. This event, which will bring together some of the most outstanding figures in the sport, promises to captivate fans.
The tournament will be held the Friday after Thanksgiving, maintaining the tradition that made it a classic since its inception in 1983. In this edition, some of the best golfers in the world will compete, including Ryder Cup and FedEx Cup champion Tommy Fleetwood, along with the captain of the US Ryder Cup team, Keegan Bradley, and stars Justin Thomas and Xander Schauffele.El Skins Game regresa al calendario de golf el Black Friday, y contará con el campeón de la FedEx Cup Tommy Fleetwood, el capitán del equipo estadounidense de la Ryder Cup Keegan Bradley, Justin Thomas y Xander Schauffele.

What’s New in the Skins Game
The event moves from the Californian desert to South Florida and will be broadcast via Prime Video, marking a significant change in its media coverage.
The competition will take place at Panther National, a new golf course in Florida, designed by Thomas and Jack Nicklaus, which opened two years ago. Bradley, Schauffele, and Thomas currently reside in the area.
The Skins Game, which debuted in 1983 with the participation of golf greats, had its last edition in 2008, with K.J. Choi as the winner. In its early days, it featured legends such as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Gary Player, with Vin Scully as commentator.
The format of the new Skins Game will maintain the original essence. Each player will compete for the economic prize of each hole, which will accumulate in case of a tie. The main difference lies in an “inverted pot”, where the four players will start with $1 million, and their winnings or losses will depend on each hole won or lost.
The broadcast will begin at 9 a.m. This event represents Prime’s second foray into golf broadcasting, after announcing last month that it would air two additional hours of weekday coverage at the Masters.
