Scottie Scheffler and Austin Eckroat Lead the Travelers Championship with Impressive Cards
CROMWELL, Conn. – Scottie Scheffler and Austin Eckroat share the lead at the Travelers Championship after a standout first round. Scheffler carded an 8-under-par score, while Eckroat also shone with an exceptional performance. Scheffler, with an impressive performance, achieved birdies on four of the first six holes of the course. His game was characterized by precision and consistency, culminating in a spectacular eagle on the 13th hole.This result represents Scheffler’s lowest score in his 19 rounds at TPC River Highlands.
