Stephanie Kyriacou Stars in Double Ace at the Women’s Open Championship

Porthcawl, Wales – Stephanie Kyriacou had a prominent role in two “aces” during the Women’s Open Championship held this week at Royal Porthcawl. Kyriacou achieved the first hole-in-one of the tournament. In Sunday’s final round, Kyriacou was involved in the second ace of the championship. Mimi Rhodes, from England, got a hole-in-one on the 5th hole, a par 3. Her tee shot impacted Kyriacou’s ball before heading straight into the hole.

Rhodes’ shot would have kept rolling if it weren’t for Kyriacou’s ball being there. Previously, Kyriacou had hit his shot and was close to achieving his second ace, but the ball was just a few centimeters from the hole. Kyriacou had already achieved a hole-in-one on the 8th hole, a par 3, during the second round on Friday.
