Oscar Piastri stood out in Friday’s practice session, surpassing his teammate Lando Norris at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The session was interrupted by an accident involving Racing Bulls rookie Isack Hadjar.
Hadjar, fortunately unharmed, was unable to rejoin the session after getting stuck in the gravel at Tamburello.
Pierre Gasly, from Alpine, achieved the third-best time.
