Hamilton Denies Problems with His Ferrari Engineer
British driver Lewis Hamilton has responded to rumors about a supposed bad relationship with his race engineer at Ferrari, Riccardo Adami, calling them “pure noise”.
Since his arrival at Ferrari, Hamilton’s radio conversations with Adami have generated great interest. An incident at the Monaco Grand Prix, where Hamilton asked on the radio “Are you upset with me or something?”, went viral.
Ferrari attributed the subsequent silence to radio problems in certain areas of the Monaco circuit. Hamilton has flatly denied any problems in his relationship with Adami.
There’s a lot of speculation. Most of it is lies. We have a great relationship. It’s been incredible working with him; he’s a great guy.

“Our relationship is excellent, there are no problems. We are constantly learning more and more about each other. We are constantly adapting to the way we both like to work. He has worked with many different pilots before. We have no problem at all,” he added.
