2026 Formula 1 Season: Key Dates and Revelations

Formula 1 is preparing for one of the biggest rule renovations in its history, making the “launch season” more exciting than ever. Fans will have the opportunity to see the new cars before they hit the track. The revised regulations, which focus on more agile cars and more exciting races, have brought forward the start of pre-season testing and the presentation of the 2026 cars. Traditionally, car launches, or their designs, began in February. However, next year, the events will start in January. Here are the confirmed dates for the team presentations.

Red Bull and Racing Bulls

Event: Joint design presentation and season launch.

Date: January 15, 2026.

Place: Detroit, Michigan.

Event: Team launch and design presentation.

Date: January 20, 2026.

Place: Berlin, Germany.

Honda (Power Unit)

Event: Launch of the power unit for Aston Martin.

Date: January 20, 2026.
