Aston Martin Reveals Livery for its 2026 Formula 1 Car
Aston Martin has presented the livery of its first Formula 1 single-seater, built under the direction of the legendary designer and team principal Adrian Newey. The British team, which will compete in its iconic green in 2026, a season in which it aims to be a competitive force at the front of the F1 grid, unveiled its new livery on Monday at an event in Saudi Arabia, home to its main partner Aramco. There is great anticipation surrounding Aston Martin’s AMR26, which made a late debut at the F1 ‘Shakedown’ event in Barcelona last month.
Newey commented that with the AMR26, a holistic approach has been adopted: it’s not about a standout component, but how the whole package works. Attention has been focused on solid foundations, development potential, and a car from which Lance and Fernando can, hopefully, extract performance consistently. With the new regulations, the best philosophy is never immediately obvious, and your understanding evolves as the car develops.
