Frank Warren Reveals Plans for Oleksandr Usyk After His Victory

Promoter Frank Warren has expressed his wishes to see Oleksandr Usyk face Joseph Parker in his next fight. In addition, he confirmed that Tyson Fury has expressed his interest in a third fight against the Ukrainian boxer. Usyk consolidated his position as one of the best heavyweights today by achieving an impressive knockout in the fifth round against Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium. This victory allowed him to become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion. With two victories over Dubois, Fury and Anthony Joshua, Usyk has proven his worth in the ring. The only heavyweight of renown he has yet to face is Parker, who is also the mandatory challenger for the WBO title as interim champion.

“His first title defense is the WBO belt and it will be against Joe Parker. So that would be a great fight.”
