Revealed Fight Card for Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua: An Epic Event on Netflix

Most Valuable Promotions has announced the preliminary fights for the highly anticipated match between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua, scheduled for December 19th at the Kaseya Center in Miami. The event will be broadcast live via Netflix, promising a night full of action and excitement for boxing fans. The fight card, which was originally planned for the Paul vs. Gervonta Davis fight, remains largely intact. The co-main event will be Alycia Baumgardner’s defense of her unified super featherweight title against Leila Beaudoin. However, some significant changes have been made. Anderson Silva will no longer face former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman in the opening bout of the main card. Instead, also former UFC champion Tyron Woodley will step into the ring to face Silva in a six-round cruiserweight bout. Both Silva and Woodley have suffered defeats against Jake Paul in the past.

I believe that changes always happen for a reason. I am focused on doing a good job. Always respecting my opponent and showing total respect for the world of boxing.

Weidman was forced to withdraw from the fight against Silva due to an injury. Woodley, who was the UFC welterweight champion from 2016 to 2019, will seek his first boxing victory against one of the greatest champions in UFC history.

Facing occasions like this are the moments when legends are born.

The preliminary card will also include the defense of Chernenka “Sugar Neekz” Johnson’s undisputed bantamweight title against Amanda Galle, Yokasta Valle putting her WBC strawweight title on the line against Yadira Bustillos, and Avious Griffin facing Justin Cardona in a welterweight bout. Keno Marley, a two-time Brazilian Olympian, will make his professional debut in a four-round cruiserweight bout against Diarra Davis. The WBA super lightweight title fight between champion Gary Antuanne Russell and Andy Hiraoka is no longer part of the card. Nakisa Bidarian, CEO of Most Valuable Promotions, stated that the event promises to be unforgettable.
