Ricky Hatton Returns to the Ring in December: Fight Against Eisa Al Dah
Ricky Hatton, a boxing legend, has announced his return to the ring. At 46 years old, the former world champion has confirmed that he will fight again in December, marking the end of a retirement that lasted 13 years. Hatton, who was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame last year, will face Eisa Al Dah of the United Arab Emirates in a middleweight bout. The fight is scheduled for December 2 in Dubai. The announcement was made during a live broadcast of the promotional event, led by Al Dah himself. Hatton, from his home, expressed his enthusiasm for the fight.

“I would like to be there, but I had a small injury to my eye. The main thing is that the fight will take place, and I can’t wait, I’m looking forward to it,” Hatton said.

Hatton’s last professional fight was in 2012, a knockout loss to Vyacheslav Senchenko. Throughout his career, Hatton achieved significant victories against boxers such as José Luis Castillo and Luis Collazo, although he also suffered defeats against Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. In addition, he participated in an exhibition against Marco Antonio Barrera in 2022. Hatton’s comeback fight will be a professional bout. His opponent, 46-year-old Eisa Al Dah, is coming off a knockout loss to Pedro Alejandro Delgado in 2021.
