Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), led by Jake Paul, continues to strengthen its commitment to women’s boxing. Recently, the promoter announced the addition of two outstanding champions: Savannah Marshall, current IBF super-middleweight champion, and Chantelle Cameron, holder of the WBC interim lightweight title.

With these additions, MVP consolidates an impressive group of female boxers, including four of the top ten pound-for-pound fighters.

Savannah Marshall and Chantelle Cameron are world-class athletes who represent the best of women’s boxing and the proud tradition of UK champions. Alongside Ellie Scotney, MVP now represents the most dominant roster of female boxing athletes in the UK.

Marshall, with a record of 13-1 and 10 KOs, is a two-division world champion. She previously held the WBO middleweight title from 2020 to 2022. After a defeat to Claressa Shields in September 2022, she recovered and defeated Franchon Crews-Dezurn in 2023, becoming the undisputed super-middleweight champion.

Marshall is planning his return to the ring after his foray into MMA, where he achieved a technical knockout victory in the first round against Mirela Vargas at PFL Europe in June 2024.

The plan is to support Savannah in seeking any fight that interests her, which includes a rematch with Claressa Shields.

I am delighted to say that I am now part of MVP, who, more than any other promoter, recognizes the value that women bring to this sport. As a two-weight world champion and having previously achieved undisputed status, it is only natural to be here, and I can’t wait to start fighting under their banner.

Cameron (20-1, 8 KOs) was crowned undisputed super lightweight champion in 2022. In addition, she has the achievement of being the first and only woman to defeat Katie Taylor.

Cameron has won her last two fights and will be watching the winner of the trilogy between Taylor and Amanda Serrano, scheduled for July 11.

If whoever wins intends to keep the belt for the long term, they will have to face Chantelle.

I am very excited about this move. MVP has been very encouraging in the conversations about me and women’s boxing. This is a fantastic opportunity for the next stage of my career and an incredible platform to showcase my boxing ability.

Marshall and Cameron’s debut matches with the promoter will be announced in the coming weeks.
