Adam Azim Returns to the Ring: Main Event in London on January 31st
Adam Azim is preparing for his return to the ring in January. The talented British boxer has a fight scheduled for January 31 in London, according to his promoter, Ben Shalom. Although a definitive agreement has not yet been reached, Boxxer is close to securing an opponent for Azim. This fight will mark his first appearance on BBC. Azim, with a record of 14-0 and 11 knockouts, demonstrated his power by defeating American Kurt Scoby on the undercard of Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn II earlier this month. His dominant performance, where he won every round before achieving a knockout in the twelfth round, made his potential clear.

We want someone who truly believes they can win. But there aren’t many people willing to take the risk.

Shane McGuigan, Adam Azim’s coach
After Azim’s victory against Scoby, his coach Shane McGuigan commented that finding opponents for the young boxer would be a challenge, as few would be willing to face the 23-year-old star. Shalom expressed that they are on their way to finalize the fight for next year. “He will headline the card on BBC Two at the end of January, which is huge for him,” said the promoter. Shalom also highlighted Azim’s performance against Scoby, noting that it captured the attention of the American public and that the boxer does not receive the recognition he deserves. “I think he is the most talented boxer we have in this country, but he will prove it, and everything takes time,” he added. Azim is currently ranked ninth in the WBC super lightweight rankings and tenth in the IBF and WBO.
