Properties Stolen Worth $200,000 at Shedeur Sanders’ Residence
The rookie quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, Shedeur Sanders, was the victim of a robbery at his residence last Sunday, resulting in the theft of property valued at approximately $200,000, according to authorities.
According to a statement from the Medina County Sheriff’s Office, three suspects entered Sanders’ residence around 6:46 p.m. ET. Security cameras captured images of the individuals entering and exiting different areas of the house. The suspects, who were wearing masks and gloves, were seen leaving Sanders’ residence around 6:58 p.m. ET, taking the player’s belongings with them.
The Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
The robbery occurred while Sanders was making his NFL debut in Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.
Sanders, selected in the 144th pick of the 2025 NFL draft, entered the game in the second half, replacing starter Dillon Gabriel, who was placed in concussion protocol.
In the game, which ended in a 23-16 defeat, Sanders completed 4 of 16 passes for 47 yards and threw an interception. He was also sacked twice.
Browns coach Kevin Stefanski stated after the game that Sanders will start next Sunday against the Raiders in Las Vegas if Gabriel cannot clear the protocol.
