Noah Caluori, 19, to the English National Team: Surprise in the autumn call-up
Noah Caluori, a young prospect for the Saracens, has been called up to train with the England national team ahead of the upcoming autumn international matches. The talented 19-year-old player, Noah Caluori, had an outstanding performance on Saturday, scoring five tries in the Saracens’ victory over the Sale Sharks. This impressive performance, in his first start in the Gallagher PREM, has earned him a place in the England development team. The 36-player list for training includes Caluori in a development role. The final decision on his inclusion in the team that will participate in the four tests scheduled for next Sunday will be made by Steve Borthwick. In other news, Tom Willis, number 8 for the Saracens, will not be available for the English national team, as he has agreed to join Bordeaux-Begles for next season.

Owen Farrell, who is returning to the Saracens after a season at Racing 92, will not be part of the team. Farrell retired from the English national team after the 2023 Rugby World Cup to focus on regaining his best form at the Saracens. Borthwick has included Leicester’s Adam Radwan and Bath’s Henry Arundell in the squad. Both players, who play as wingers, will bring speed to the team and will seek to impress in the autumn matches against Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and Argentina. Emeka Ilione, Leicester’s number 8, has also been called up, due to injuries to Ben Curry and Tom Curry, as well as the absence of Willis. Max Ojomoh from Bath and Seb Atkinson from Gloucester have also been called.
