Kevin Sinfield has expressed his commitment to “support in any way possible” after learning of the diagnosis of motor neuron disease (MND) of former England rugby captain Lewis Moody. Sinfield, who has led a remarkable fundraising effort, has managed to raise over £10 million ($13.4 million) for MND research and awareness since his friend and teammate at Leeds Rhinos, Rob Burrow, was diagnosed with the disease in 2019. Burrow passed away at 41 years old last June, due to complications related to the disease.

I will support in any way I can. We have to keep fighting MND together.
