Santo Domingo – The National Institute of Physical Education (INEFI) and the Dominican Golf Federation (Fedogolf) successfully concluded the 2025 School Golf Summer Camp. The activity, which took place at the Isabelle Villa Field, in Arroyo Hondo, marked a milestone by being the first of its kind within the school golf project. The camp brought together students from the Santo Cura de Ars Educational Center and the Enrique Jiménez Moya Secondary School, who have participated in the school golf program since last year.

Promoting Values and Wellbeing

Alberto Rodríguez Mella, director of INEFI, highlighted that the project seeks to promote essential values such as discipline, respect, and love for sports. In addition, it offers young people a recreational and safe environment during the holidays.

Golf is not just a sport, it is also a way to strengthen concentration, patience, and ethics. Thanks to the support of the Government and the collaboration of Fedogolf, today we are opening new doors for Dominican youth.
