Emma Meesseman Returns to the WNBA with the Liberty
The outstanding player Emma Meesseman has decided to return to the WNBA and joins the New York Liberty for the last two months of the season. The 2019 Finals MVP, who hadn’t played in the league since 2022, arrived in New York a few days ago after obtaining her visa. Meesseman, who also considered joining Minnesota or Phoenix, expressed her comfort with New York, highlighting the ease of access and her desire to win.The player participated in Friday’s training, but coach Sandy Brondello indicated that she would only play in an emergency, and she did not participate in the loss to Sun.
