Jade García Aristy: The voice of the students at the inauguration of the Pedro Martínez Complex
In an emotionally charged event, student Jade García Aristy became the protagonist of the inauguration of the new Pedro Martínez Educational and Sports Complex. With an inspiring speech, the young woman summarized the impact that this infrastructure will have for the children and youth of the community, receiving unanimous recognition from those in attendance.
On behalf of the student body, García Aristy expressed his gratitude to President Luis Abinader, as well as to Pedro Martínez and his wife, Carolina Cruz de Martínez, for materializing a project that transcends the physical structure to become a seedbed of opportunities.
Today we are not just inaugurating walls, desks, and chalkboards; today we are inaugurating dreams. Every educational center is a womb. Here, the future of a nation will be shaped, where a child will learn to read their first words and perhaps tomorrow will write the history of our country.

The young woman, who also excels in the sports field, highlighted that the complex is designed to enhance both academic training and personal growth. According to her words, the center will allow students to cultivate essential values, learn about service, and, fundamentally, perfect their athletic skills under high-performance standards.
