Tragedy in Ukraine: Drone attack leaves fatalities at Krivi Rig shopping center
The city of Kryvyi Rih, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, was the scene of a devastating drone attack that has left a preliminary toll of six people dead and 91 injured, including six minors. The impact, which directly affected a shopping center, has been described by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as an act of extreme cruelty.
The Russians have dealt an absolutely cynical and cowardly blow against a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih. The drones attacked in two waves: half an hour after the first impact and the fire, a second attack occurred against the rescue services.

A double-impact tactic
The Ukrainian leader denounced the strategy used in this offensive, which consisted of successive bombing. After the first impact, emergency and rescue teams arrived at the scene to assist trapped civilians; however, they were the target of a second deliberate attack, which significantly increased the number of casualties and complicated rescue efforts.
