Tragedy in Italy: Parents travel 100 kilometers without noticing their son’s death
A heartbreaking event has shocked the international community after the case of a couple who traveled nearly 100 kilometers by car without realizing that their 31-year-old son had passed away in the back seat of the vehicle was made public.
According to reports obtained by Alofoke Deportes, the young man of Romanian origin was traveling with his parents to Turin, in northern Italy. During the journey, the parents assumed their son was simply sleeping while the vehicle moved along the highway.
An unexpected finding during the journey
The alert arose when the parents tried to communicate with him and, upon receiving no response, decided to stop at a rest area near the town of Voghera. It was at that moment when, upon trying to wake him, they confirmed that the young man showed no signs of life.
The parents explained to the authorities that their son’s last words were heard approximately 100 kilometers before the fatal discovery.

According to the information gathered, the young man suffered a sudden heart attack and, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to call for help. The relatives indicated that the deceased suffered from mild heart problems prior to the incident.
