Atlanta Hawks Bolsters Front Office with Key New Hires
The Atlanta Hawks’ general manager, Onsi Saleh, has strengthened his management team with the addition of Bryson Graham and Peter Dinwiddie, who will take on important roles in the organization. Bryson Graham, former general manager of the New Orleans Pelicans, joins as senior vice president of basketball operations. Meanwhile, Peter Dinwiddie, who previously served as executive vice president of the Philadelphia 76ers, will take on the role of senior vice president of strategy and analysis. These appointments come after Saleh was named general manager on April 21st. The restructuring of the main office comes after a season in which the Hawks finished with a record of 40-42, missing the playoffs after losing in the play-in tournament.Graham, for 15 seasons, was part of the Pelicans, including the 2024-25 season as general manager. He rose through the organization from its beginning as an intern in the 2010-11 season, holding roles such as director of player development, director of college scouting, and assistant general manager. Dinwiddie, before his time with the 76ers, spent 14 seasons with the Indiana Pacers, including his role as senior vice president of basketball operations. The Hawks will have two first-round picks in the NBA draft on June 25, at positions 13 and 22.“We are fortunate to be able to add Bryson and Peter to our leadership team,” Saleh said in a statement. “Bryson is widely regarded as one of the best evaluators of young talent in the league and Peter is one of the most strategic minds in the NBA.”
