Santo Domingo – The Dominican Baseball League (LIDOM) has published the official list of players who will become free agents in the offseason of Dominican winter baseball.

Although the league did not specify the date, the players included in the list will acquire free agent status as of February 15. Their original teams will have exclusivity to negotiate contracts until March 15. After that date, other franchises may negotiate and sign players not retained.
