The pro-am will take place on November 12th at the Pelican Golf Club and will be open to the public. Last year, Clark, fresh off her first season in the WNBA and being the Rookie of the Year, attracted a large crowd and generated a lot of excitement. The Annika is the penultimate tournament on the LPGA schedule. Clark has a corporate relationship with Gainbridge Insurance, the main sponsor. The second season of Clark in the WNBA was affected by injuries. She only played 13 games and was ruled out for the rest of the season on September 4 due to a groin injury. The Indiana Fever, her team, made the playoffs once more, but were eliminated by the Las Vegas Aces in the semifinals.
