Éder Militão Suffers Injury with Brazil: Concern at Real Madrid

Real Madrid defender, Éder Militão, suffered an injury to his right leg while playing with the Brazilian national team, the club reported this Wednesday.

Medical examinations carried out by the club revealed that Militão suffered an injury to the adductor muscle during Brazil’s friendly against Tunisia on Tuesday.

Real Madrid did not specify the estimated recovery time for the player, although a source close to the club indicated that it is unlikely that he will participate in next Sunday’s match against Elche.

Militão had to be substituted in the second half of the match that ended in a 1-1 draw for Brazil.

The club announced that “more updates” will be provided on Militão’s recovery.

Real Madrid, who will face Elche in LaLiga on Sunday, leads the table with a three-point advantage over Barcelona after 12 matchdays.

In addition to Militão, Real Madrid also has other injured players, such as Dean Huijsen, Eduardo Camavinga, and Kylian Mbappé.
