Brighton has set a price of 120 million euros for clubs interested in signing Carlos Baleba, according to sources.
The midfielder has sparked the interest of important clubs such as Manchester United and Manchester City. Pep Guardiola, City’s coach, is an admirer of the Cameroonian footballer, as is Rúben Amorim.
United hasn’t contacted Brighton yet, and any deal could be complicated if they finalize the signing of Benjamin Sesko.
The United would have reached an agreement for Sesko for around 85 million euros, including bonuses.
However, the incorporation of a midfielder is possible if United manages to transfer players considered expendable by Amorim, such as Alejandro Garnacho.
Baleba is happy at the Amex this summer, and a transfer seems more likely in the future.
