National Police of La Vega Receives Recognition for Support of Sports
The Regional Directorate of the National Police in La Vega was honored by the Committee of the Vegana Sports Union (UDEVE), as a sign of gratitude for its constant support of sports and community initiatives in the province.
The recognition was presented to General Lic. Juan Pablo Ferreira Verás, regional director; Colonel Ing. Rafael Guillermo Guzmán, regional deputy director; and Colonel Roberto Paniagua Ramírez, department commander. Their commitment and institutional support for sports and the improvement of citizen coexistence were highlighted.

Peguero de los Santos, along with other civil authorities, sports leaders and marathon coordinators.
The event took place in an atmosphere of cooperation, underlining the importance of collaboration between state institutions and sports organizations. This union is fundamental to strengthen coexistence, security, and the well-being of the La Vega community.
