Ex-boxer and Father of Jaylen Brown Arrested for Attempted Murder
Las Vegas – Quenton M. Brown, former boxing champion and father of Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown, was arrested on Thursday in Las Vegas. The charges are for attempted murder, following a violent incident stemming from an argument over a parking space.

The police report details that the victim, a youth American football coach, suffered multiple stab wounds to the abdomen, back, clavicle, and hands. In addition, he fractured a rib, requiring emergency surgery.
The victim’s girlfriend reported that the conflict began when Brown’s vehicle hit the door of the couple’s car. After a verbal argument, Brown allegedly chased the victim and attacked him with a knife, stabbing him up to 25 times, according to a witness.
