Hulk Hogan’s Cause of Death Confirmed: A Heart Attack Stemming from Leukemia
Miami, USA – Florida forensic authorities have confirmed that professional wrestling legend, Hulk Hogan, died of an “acute myocardial infarction”, derived from “chronic lymphocytic leukemia”. The news comes a week after his death, on July 24th. Terrence Gene Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, was 71 years old at the time of his death. The death occurred at his home in Clearwater, Pinellas County.The forensic report detailed that the death was natural, caused by a heart attack, a condition that interrupts blood flow to the heart and can cause irreversible damage to the heart muscle. The report also revealed that Hogan suffered from leukemia, a type of cancer that affects white blood cells, and atrial fibrillation, a disorder that causes cardiac arrhythmia. In September 2024, Hogan revealed on Logan Paul’s ‘Impaulsive’ podcast that he had had numerous surgeries in the last ten years, including interventions on his back, knees, hips, and shoulders. Emergency services tried to revive the wrestler at his home, but he was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Hogan was married to Sky Daily, who explained that Hogan “had been dealing with health problems”, but did not expect this sudden loss.The heart attack that ended the life of Terrence Gene Bollea, his real name, was caused by a “history of atrial fibrillation, chronic lymphocytic leukemia”.
