Although the date has been revealed, the UFC has not yet issued an official statement confirming the event. The fight is expected to take place in the South Garden and is planned in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of American Independence. UFC CEO Dana White has shared details about the magnitude of the event. It is planned that the official weigh-ins will be held at the Lincoln Memorial and that simply replacing the White House lawn after the event will cost $700,000. In addition, White has indicated that the fighters will enter the octagon from the Oval Office. White has also announced that the UFC will not begin scheduling fights for the event until the first quarter of 2026.
