Milwaukee Brewers Adjust Roster: Anderson to Injured List

The Milwaukee Brewers have made moves in their roster, including placing reliever Grant Anderson on the 15-day injured list due to tendinitis in his right ankle.

This announcement, issued on Monday, is retroactive to Sunday.

Simultaneously, the team has called up pitchers Easton McGee and Tobias Myers from Triple-A affiliate Nashville, and Chad Patrick has been optioned to Nashville. Brewers manager Pat Murphy also reported before Monday’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks that outfielder Jackson Chourio is close to returning from the injured list, as he recovers from a right hamstring strain. Chourio, whose last appearance in the Major Leagues was on July 29, began a rehabilitation assignment on Friday.

I don’t think it’s today or tomorrow, but I think we’re close.
