Charlie Woods scores another hole-in-one

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – Tiger Woods’ 16-year-old son, Charlie Woods, continues to showcase his golfing talent, achieving another impressive hole-in-one. This feat occurred on the third hole of TPC Sawgrass on Sunday, during the final round of the Junior Players Championship. Just like his hole-in-one at the PNC Championship last December, Charlie wasn’t sure the ball had gone in until he heard the reaction of the crowd. Charlie Woods completed the round with a score of 72, which earned him a tie for 31st place in the American Junior Golf Association event, held at the Stadium Course, where his father won twice in The Players Championship. Finished 16 strokes behind Miles Russell, who won by two with a score of 70. This month, Russell reached the semifinals of the U.S. Amateur and is a substitute for the Walker Cup. In addition to Charlie, Guus Lafeber, from the Netherlands, also achieved a hole-in-one on the 8th hole, a par 3, finishing in 19th place.
