Lando Norris Secures Pole Position in Las Vegas
The championship leader, Lando Norris, gets one step closer to his first Formula 1 world title by securing pole position at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
This is Norris’ seventh pole position of the season, marking the first time he has achieved three consecutive ones.
Max Verstappen was relegated to second position on the grid, while Oscar Piastri will start from fifth place, facing a challenge to reduce the distance.
Lewis Hamilton will start from the back of the grid with Ferrari for the second time this season, while his teammate will start ninth.
