WrestleMania 41: A Resounding Success for WWE
WWE has announced that WrestleMania 41 has been established as the most successful and highest-grossing event in the history of the promotion.
According to an official statement, the annual event attracted a total of 124,693 fans during the two nights held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The main event of the first night saw Seth Rollins defeat Roman Reigns and CM Punk in a triple threat match. The second night, John Cena headlined the event by defeating the Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, winning his historic 17th world championship.
The live event audience also experienced a significant increase. WrestleMania 41 recorded a 114% increase compared to the record set at WrestleMania XL last year.
The event was broadcast live in the United States via Peacock and was available to a global audience of over 700 million Netflix subscribers, thanks to the 10-year rights agreement signed with WWE in January 2025.
WWE’s partnership with Fanatics also boosted merchandise sales on the site, with an increase of over 45% compared to the previous record set by WrestleMania XL in 2024, making WrestleMania 41 the highest-grossing event of all time. Fanatics also powered WWE World, a five-day interactive fan experience that drew over 50,000 attendees, a 21% increase from the previous year’s WrestleMania XL.
WrestleMania 41 also became WWE’s most-viewed social media event of all time, with 1.1 billion views over the weekend, and WWE’s YouTube channel had its most-viewed day on Sunday.
These remarkable achievements are largely attributed to Endeavor’s acquisition of WWE in April 2023 and its merger with UFC into TKO Group Holdings in September 2023. Under this merger, WWE and UFC remained as separate divisions, entering a new era for the promotion.
