CM Punk Wins Championship, Seth Rollins Steals the Show at SummerSlam
The SummerSlam event, held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, gave us a night full of emotions and unexpected twists. CM Punk, after an intense battle, managed to defeat Gunther to be crowned the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. However, Punk’s joy was short-lived.
The championship match was preceded by a victory by Punk in a gauntlet match on the “Raw” program last month, which gave him the right to challenge Gunther.
Seth Rollins, taking advantage of his Money in the Bank contract, burst onto the scene to cash it in immediately after Punk’s triumph. Rollins achieved the three count, snatching the belt from an exhausted Punk.

Additionally, the entertainment world merged with the wrestling world when country music artist Jelly Roll made his debut in the ring. He teamed up with Randy Orton, but they suffered against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul, who took the victory.
