Real American Freestyle Pays Tribute to Hulk Hogan at Inaugural Event
The wrestling world is gearing up for a special event. Real American Freestyle (RAF) has joined forces with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) for a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Hulk Hogan, which will be broadcast during its inaugural event this Saturday. Hogan, a key figure in the expansion of the then World Wrestling Federation in the 1980s, passed away on July 24th at the age of 71. The event, which will take place at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, will be broadcast via FOX Nation. Chad Bronstein, co-founder and CEO of RAF, highlighted Hogan’s profound influence on the company. Bronstein shared that Hogan was very proud of this project and that his legacy will continue to be fundamental to the company.RAF and WWE maintain a cordial relationship. Real American Beer, the main sponsor of RAF, is 10% owned by WWE and was also co-founded by Bronstein. The event will feature the participation of prominent figures from the world of wrestling. American Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle, one of WWE’s most important stars in the early 2000s, will be in charge of the commentary. Bronstein revealed that it was Hogan who suggested Angle’s participation. In addition, the event will feature the presence of former WWE manager Jimmy Hart and former world champion John Layfield. The main event will be a match between Wyatt Hendrickson and Mostafa Aly Elsayed Gabr Elders from Egypt. Other featured fights will also be presented.He was super proud.
