During this period, he recorded a record of 27-16, with an ERA of 4.00, a WHIP of 1.15 and a total of 329 strikeouts in 407.1 innings pitched.\n\nThe Mexican pitcher was part of the Houston Astros team that was crowned World Series champion in 2022.
