The gymnast, Brazilian junior champion in 2021, passed away on Wednesday at the age of 18.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Promising Career<\/h2>\n\n\nThe Paranaense Gymnastics Federation confirmed the death of Marciniak, who was battling Hodgkin&#8217;s disease, a cancer that affected her lymphatic system. Despite her young age, the athlete accumulated important achievements, including regional and national titles.\n\nIn 2021, Marciniak shone at the Brazilian Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, obtaining the gold medal in the all-around competition and silver with the ribbon.
