In an Extraordinary General Assembly, the leagues of Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Mexico formally communicated their inability to participate in the event, scheduled from February 1st to 7th in Venezuela.\n\nThe CBPC explained that this decision is based on external situations beyond its control.
